Challenge
When in need of a neutral perspective to foster new perspectives, discover fresh insights, and to identify previously unnoticed opportunities, risks and issues. This is accompanied by experiences and views from others in similar industries.
My contribution
In-depth interviewing with a representative number of respondents to explore their perspectives on the organization (board members, managers, key resources)
A report based on the interviews and observations with comments and reflections by TT in combination with some theoretical organizational models and experiences from other organizations. This report is to be discussed and “processed” by the clients to sort out the best future actions regarding organizational and managerial improvements.

Teams facing challenges hindering their performance.

My contribution
In-depth 1on1 interviews to collect each individual´s view on team realities. From objectives/results to psychological safety.
1 + 1 day team development processes based on the interview findings.

For project managers who lead small/medium size projects where agility and structure must be balanced.

My contribution
15 – 20 project managers who bring forward a case study (their project) over a one or two-day training.
The process begins by refining the project´s conceptual aspects – purpose, scope, deliveries and appropriate project process design.
Then work continues with the role of a project leader, to get clarity and confidence. The final phase focuses on coping with uncertainty and complexity.
The training comprises a mix of short lectures, workshops, discussions and examples. The fun-factor is an important part.
